Intensely creamy and sweet scent. Crème brûlée and lemon lime fizz zest. Sort of like a sprite on the side with an egg tart.
The lingering scent grows into some sort of spice, resulting in a mixture herbal yet green and earthy notes.
Roasted peanuts and salt.
Baked beans, pancetta and stir fried garlic and ginger candy. Dried plums and preserved rice wine. A tad of vanilla here and milk chocolate there. Follow up is spicy from the ginger, sweetness of sugar, a tad bit meaty and haylike.
Very dry, spicy and slightly metallic. Like eating a seafood chowder. Slight bitterness but maintains herbal throughout to the end.
