"A luscious nose of green fruits, hay loft, gentle waxiness and red berries greeted the Panel. Followed by barley wine, putty, roses and an old pencil case. We also found hints of wild strawberries, olive oil and freshly malted barley. Water added aromas of lemon cheesecake, Chantilly cream, straw, sorrel, herbal smoke and orange oils. The palate was mentholated at first, showing notes of mint leaf, cigar ash, wax jacket, wood char, French fancies, marzipan and green tea. Dilution gave us citrus oils, artichokes in olive oil, white stone fruits, kiwi and chamomile tea."
