      Colour:
      Bright gold

      Nose:
      A fine smoky caramel note greets me first. Serve with vanilla. The colleague comes in the nose very fresh and yet beautiful creamy. In addition a little lemon and a slightly flowery smell. With a little more time in the glass, a nice smell of bread comes along. Besides something like raspberry spirit and cold chocolate.
    • Taste
      Begins with bread inside. Add some cumin and again this fine raspberry note. Some bitter hazelnut, honey and vanilla. Salty caramel and again this delicate smoky note. Some bitterness comes to it. Gets slightly woody.
    • Finish
      Medium to long. First wood. Then getting drier. Then there is a covering honey and fruit scenario with a flag of smoke.

    SMWS notes:

    The initial aroma was fruity and fiery like a Scotch bonnet hot sauce made with succulent mangos soon followed by the salty sweetness of sea salt salted caramel sauce and salted honey ice cream. On the palate neat at first a menthol/herbal kick which one Panellist even described as ‘licking a battery’ – but then we soon settled down and enjoyed buttered popcorns and ginger beer. A light, bright delight on the nose when adding water, like a ‘breath of fresh air’, from a peppermint butterscotch pumpkin mousse followed by very tasty and moreish chicken fingers served with a honey dill dipping sauce.
