    The barrel was good, but overall it was bottled too young for my taste
    • Nose
      In the beginning comes a big load of hay, meadow herbs, at the beginning he looks very young. After a while comes Wildhonig and a load of light fruits, vanilla and some grated coconut show up, but also some cowshed, his youthful age always seems a bit through, he is also quite restless
    • Taste
      sparkling clean notes of light fruits and sweet honey, with some oak and vanilla
    • Finish
      rather short, sweet honey, a few herbs, vanilla, coconut

    Nose dry with drie fruits. Elegant sweetness with herbs, spices and floral moments. Mouthwatering. Sweetness inreases. Stays nice.Very drinkable. Loses with water. Long aftertaste.

    "A sprawling aroma of peppermint, eucalyptus, cactus flesh, lime boiled sweeties, brambles and apple tart. The nose continues to evolve with bark, damp hay, straw, lemon jelly, toasted sunflower seeds, jelly babies and pressed flowers. With water the complexities remains resolute. Notes of fresh wildflowers, hand cream, buckthorn, citrus jams, cotton wool, plasticine, grape must and cough syrup. A rising chalky dryness in the background. The palate opens with mineralic vigour; notes of sourdough bread, nectar, hawthorn, clove rock, jasmine and green tea. Water adds white pepper, dried sage, cedar wood, fruit scones, mint jelly and a lightly sweetened oatmeal."
