I am a big friend of the first three Spirit releases of Ardnamurchan.

The first impression is much milder than expected, the alcohol is holding back. Sweetness and fruit are dominant. The oak comes through, it smells a bit of polish. The youth shows through subtle metallic adhesive notes.
After a while, add the scent of fresh bread dough and a warm sherry scent.
Above all lies a wonderfully integrated peat. Very fine! -
Fine, elegant start. For a year old already very skillful ;-)
It is a bit spiteful on the tongue, and the alcohol is very pleasant here as well. The fruit notes are restrained, but it is quite sweet and a cold smoke lies over it.
I think it's almost too easy .... -
Fine, uncomplicated finish. Not very complex, it has a pleasant sweet smoke ....
