Bright, shiny gold
Starts immediately with pear and dry wood. Somewhat moldy. Something like plum in Madeira and subtle, dark chocolate and marzipan. Green grapes and wet wheat field. A little grapefruit. With a little time in the glass, I also find warm, sweetish must.
Mild start. Slightly bitter pear and equally sweetened grain notes. Sour plum and sourdough. A bit of lacquered wood and almonds. Hints of dark chocolate. Plus a pinch of pepper and nutmeg.
Short. Sweet. Then it becomes a little bitter with a little spice.
