    • Nose
      Color: copper

Nose: sherry, leather, raisins, tobacco, plum jam. Not quite as dark-fruity, but one
fat caramel note bathed in sherry and some chlorine and nutmeg

Nose conclusion: Nose: that could have been a port barrel, slightly berry
this time, a little bit of rubber. Of course the cherry plays here too
a leading role, but not a solo part as in Cask 244.
Dried apricots, lots of sweet sherry extract and a tiny hint of chlorine.
    • Taste
Dates, something burnt, sherry, oloroso - sweet, sugared berries, someone says Haribo Cola bottle, I say no
The rubber can be clearly felt, but is immediately removed from dry and
Berry fruits capped. It's booming and has a lot of pepper. then
Salt caramels slowly work their way forward, plus peanuts.
Salted peanuts with a caramel coating.
with water it is difficult to get fire in the form of wort.
    • Finish
      Rather long.

A tad more expensive, but also a bit better and more intense than the 2004 for Boomsma.
Great contribution from the European oak. If you take into account how old (or young) this is, the finish is nothing short of astonishing.

    • Nose
      pink gold

That's a different story now. The guy starts with a smell of chlorine! It is much lighter-colored than the nurse barrels. This one goes towards dried apricots, oranges and red berries. Just reminds me of Strawberry Bowle. With some time in the glass comes bisserl lovage. Thick caramel, nutmeg, a touch of gum and something like warm gingerbread. The berries now go more towards blackberry, blueberries.
    • Taste
Sweet, gentle start. Subtle spiciness with a nutty taste. Sugared, bright berries. Sweet wood, Haribo berries, sweet and malty. Like a Bavarian malt candy. At the second sip, the peppery note is equal. Significantly more orange. A pinch of salt and I imagine having a subtle taste of some chlorinated water from the pool. There is still a very clear fruity note, which unfortunately I can not name grad. Towards overripe kiwi.
    • Finish
Also here long. But on the finish more bitterness and spiciness, as with the other casks. The sweetie is there, but is a little further back.
