The percent fits great. Otherwise the alcohol would be too powerful.
The first thing that comes to mind is honey and dry wood. Then slowly the light-fruited aromas passed through. Apricots, subtle pear, unripe peach and some honeydew melon. A somehow dry, flowery note joins.
With some time in the glass, something comes through that reminds me of lye. The colleague is developing more and more in the dry direction. The alcohol is very back. A subtle spice accompanies the flavors.
Very spicy start. Even some alcohol. I would not have expected that in 43%. Unripe fruit aroma. In the taste then rather mirabelle. Reminds me a bit of sea buckthorn jam. Honey comes through only after the sharpness is gone. Then cereals, herbs and neat bitterness.
Rather long. Seasoning and bitterness before it ends sweetly.
