    Nose: wine, smoky, biscuit.
Mouth: pleasantly burning strength, the taste continues the aroma, dry, tart, biscuit, confectionery. With a drop of water a fresh note appeared.
Aftertaste: wine, wood with notes of oak, fruit.
    Balanas: very nice and comprehensive.

Aroma - from the first seconds it feels sweet, the aroma is powerful, dense, cherry jam, honey, red apples, at the end there is a smell of a warm board poured with the same whisky, nothing could be caught

Taste - like sweet jam in the aroma, not candied honey, Monin bubblegum syrup, an island theme of highland park appears, but interestingly, it sometimes disappears, a cool effect, especially when all this sweetness is wrapped in a delicate orkney smoke, strong whisky, but it is easily drunk without water, 63.8% do not feel it, did not notice alcohol, of the interesting effects I also noticed when whisky enters the mouth, a feeling of slowly spreading warm cotton candy appears.

Aftertaste - medium, repeats the taste

Cool whisky, delicious, with a twist, in terms of taste it looks clearly older than its age

Colour: amber. Nose: sweet, perfume, chocolate, oak, sweet fruits, grass, herbal and light peated smoke. Mouth: sweet, light peated smoke, fruits, pepper, dryness, grass, herbal and raisin. Finish: long, spicy, dry, sweet, with oak, pepper, sweet fruits, grass and light peated smoke. This is a very good balanced whisky with perfect combination of delicate Orkney peated smoke and fruits sweetness.

    • Nose
Somewhat alcoholic. Wet wood, ash and smoke, match heads, creamy caramel, cocoa powder, dried prunes, malt notes, yeast sourness, ink. 21
    • Taste
Somewhat alcoholic. Wet wood, ash and smoke, match heads, creamy caramel, cocoa powder, dried prunes, malt notes, yeast sourness, ink. 21
    • Finish
Medium in length, somewhat astringent, tannic, with a smoke of burnt matches. 22
Powerful, but not very complex, robust, unnecessarily burning without the addition of water. With water it becomes more smoky and sulphurous. Balance 21

I tried this whisky few times, and each time I felt some strange reaction of the body. It was like i drinking glint-wine with cinnamon, cloves, and pepper.
Nose. Tannins, bright notes of wine, a little cinnamon and cloves, pepper, sweetness of dried fruits lying in the sun. The taste is very scalding, even hard to keep the drink in your mouth. You can feel the sweetness and sealing wax. The aftertaste is scalding and sweet, even afraid to inhale.

some sugary and generally a failed product. From Highland Park there is a shred of wool. There is no peat composition at all, or rather, it probably is, but it only spoils everything. Sherry barrel was either fig, or something processed, or not for these alcohols, although the color did not give a bad one. The taste is the very bottom here. There are few correct sherry aromas here (such as skin, fruit, dried fruits). Honestly, Chivas 12 will be even more pleasant. And again sulfur and chlorine, although there are few of them here, but a fact. Octomore 08.2 reminds again something ... Something is not right here, where we are.
    First disappointing Highland Park
