Palate is definitely the winner in this one, it develops nicely and shows depth of character.
Lemon fresh with classic Pulteney brine and maritime. With time the nose thickens up with vanilla and a spoonful of natural honey. A marzipan note starts to appear in the latter scene but doesn’t takeover the maritime.
Toffee, vanilla, butter; definitely on the creamier side with a topping of sea salt to taste. With time the palate picks up some lemon notes and adds a hint of tequila, shots at the bar anyone?
Stays with the tequila note, new oak spice and the slightest touch of vanilla.
