Full bodied sherry, savory, creamy and very nutty, pecan nuts, peanuts, cashews, dried fruits like fig, date and raisins, leather polish, some eastern spices (cumin, curcumin), overbrewed tea, also a syrupy cherry like sweetness, in the background there is a mild smokiness resembling smoked bacon or ham drenched in salty soy sauce.

Sweet, both fruity and savory, butter and eastern spices, quite some black pepper, again dried figs and dates, also some oranges, almonds, pecan nuts and the subtle smokey meatiness from the nose. I would not recommend drinking this neat, but adding a small amount of water tuning down the spicy peppers somewhat.

Long and warming: figs, red fruit juice and a mild liquorice with a lingering spicy oak wood pepperiness.
