Aroma: (honey) sweet, vanilla, some spices, no fruit. Knowing which other grains besides barley are involved, it is more reminiscent of the wheat in "Maker's Mark" than you might at first believe. Even if oats are not always millet, they remind me a little of "Koval Millet".

Much rougher than the smell. Less sweet at first and tastes more like dry wheat, but with more saliva it also goes in a sweetish direction again. In no way comparable to the merciless roughness of a rye.

Becoming drier and rough, bitter.
