    This is a malt that you like to take a sip and a whole bottle of! In the best sense of the word, honest, unadulterated exBC-Nevis, which I like very much.

      Honey, vanilla, coastal aromas (remotely reminiscent of the Clynelish candle wax of the Candlekitty). Lilac blossoms with lemon - appetizingly sweet!

      And there it is, the full elderflower syrup, with lemon oil and delicious spice the whole thing. So must Nevis!

      The intensity decreases quite quickly due to the age, but the aromas stay quite a long time and the oak tannins form a perfect counterpoint to the fruit sweetness.

    Solid Ben Nevis, which is compared to the standard 10s the higher age and the 4% more alcohol clearly. All in all well done.

      sweet, fruity, spicy, some hairspray, light fruits, pineapple, light sweet grapes, pepper, nutmeg, cocoa powder, malt, bouillon cubes, herbs. Typical Ben Nevis flavors.

      sweet, nutty, oily, oranges, plums, honey, peppermint, slightly bitter but pleasant tannins

      long, light spicy, sweetened peppermint tea

    wonderful malt. Beautiful aroma profile on the nose. I like it very much. Very balanced and dangerously tasty malt.

      sweet fruity with pineapple and citrus fruits, freshly spicy, vanilla comes through, the tropical aromas with the pineapple are very present. Very intense light fruity nose

      sweet and spicy, lots of light fruits, malt, some vanilla, later some pepper, nutty, very tasty aromas
    • Finish
      spicy, nutty, sweet, again the light fruits, long finish. Delicious
