Mouth: Sweet, malty. Caramel. Trully nice, but it gets quickly weak.
Finish: Short. Oaky.
During a visit to the distillery, I could try the peated and the unpeated versions at cask strength (around 60% abv, aged for 4 years) I Was impressed with the quality of both. This Union (40% abv) does not convey what I have experienced: a delicious young and very promising whiskey.
