Info from Whiskybroker's website and FB page:
This whisky was bottled a few years ago (at Bruichladdich distillery oddly enough). We tasted it, liked it, re-corked it and re-sealed it.
This Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled at Arran Distillery and filled into a bourbon cask in 1996. After maturing for more than 10 years, it was transferred into a Palo Cortado sherry cask and spent a further six years maturing.
It was a private cask where I purchased the bottles from the owner. I liked it but wasn’t confident about the corks so re-corked the bottles. The label was a private label and the ink had run with damp so they’ve been re-labelled.

Fruity, and pretty powerful. Some red fruits, pleasant dram.

Fruity, more red fruits, plums, raisins. Pretty some alcohol. A bit floral as well.

Pretty powerful, red fruits, plums. Some honey, chocolate. Black currants, wine gums.

Still powerful, some red fruits, black berries. Not too long.

    ***
    ????: gold ruby
????: bourbon, intense, slightly wine, barrel, volatile and scratchy, not very good, gives the impression of over 50% and not below, softens towards chocolate and nuts, hazelnut dominates, slowly makes up ...
????: sweet, delicate, slightly pinching, slightly alcoholic, nicely chocolate and nutty, I am impressed because very tasty and drinkable, very nicely arranged, due to low power it ends quickly,
    ????: delicate, not too long

A big plus for smoothness and nutty climate. It is a pity that short because nothing and nothing is possible to develop ... Correct.
