    apart!
tannic oak, more orange fruits than black grapes, fine spices aerating the nose, a little caramel or chocolate.
    • Nose
intense wood, spices, then candied oranges, little dust, we are far enough from sherry
the woody with some fresh herbs, tannic return, fruity and cocoa.

    Colour: Amber.
Nose: Rich, tannic, slightly floral, on old leather,
tangerine, Christmas cake, orange, with some slight rubbery notes.
Taste: Rich, intense, complex, full of toffee, on spices,
tangerine, chocolate, orange, leather and slightly rubbery. The finish is medium
to long, dry, tannic, rubbery, on orange, tangerine, leather, some smoke and
    liquorice.
General Impression: A very fine dram, very rich, intense and
complex, maybe a tad too rubbery. Very pleasant.

    A lovely GlenDronach!
    • Nose
Mocha, dark chocolate, date, raisin, prune jam, toffee, tobacco, dark cherry, blackberry, almond paste and ginger. Very dark, heavy and treacly. Quite spicy as well and a tiny whiff of sulphur. Water makes the fruity notes come out better, also a softer touch like peach.
    • Taste
Mocha, prune, dark cherry, rhubarb, raisin, date, leather, dark chocolate, cranberry and earth.
    • Finish
Dark cherry, rhubarb, mocha, leather, raisin and earth.
