- Nice fruity one, it starts a bit uncertain with this overripe fruit elements, later on it recovers and it turns out to be a pleasant one after all.
Strong alcohol, fruity, some prunes, overripe fruits at first. Honey, apricots, pretty full 'nose'.
A little pepper, licorice, prunes, some raspberry and peach now. It's getting more and more powerful as time passes. Some honey.
Still some pepper, warming, licorice, tingling, honey, peach, pretty long.
- Simple but does what it does brilliantly. Full-bodied, bold arrival, chewy, sweet, salted caramel, toffee, dessert, condensed milk, hints of heather and floral. Think Balvenie or Dalwhinnie but with big balls. Love the nose, like the taste, finish is not a big event. Bought a second bottle to save for later. Good quality for the price.
- Not a bad drop, on which the PX but unfortunately only flew past briefly.
The typical bourbon pear, little to no sherry ... a bit fruity
Pear, wood and some super glue
Short and painless, but unfortunately irrelevant.
