Not bad, a good sherry composition with a little twist on the nose. There is some metal and cherry. Full review (in German): https://keinehalbendrinks.de/2019/12/23/alles-die-gleiche-suppe/

I find hard to fault. The funky sherried expression is very balanced, not simple and has a long finish. Would ask for higher abv if I had to nit pick
    • Nose
Dark fruits, stewed strawberry, nice twang of Edradour funk, salted caramel
    • Taste
Matches the nose beautifully. Lovely sweet entry, strawberry jam on buttered toast, ending with a grapefruit citric note
    • Finish
Long. Citrus syrup, strawberries and cream (campino’s), ever so slightly tannic black tea note at the very end.

I'm not ready to review this but I just wanted to say that I have bottle 812 of cask 131 while the listing says it's a 300some bottle run.

  6. Bam scored this whisky 88 points Expert Senior

Great, powerful sherry bomb that unites adolescent outrage with old sherynots.
    • Nose
Immediately it becomes clear that there is a strong sherry bomb in the glass. Dried dates and black cherries, as well as immediately noticeable oak, caramel and forest honey. Also a clear cocoa note is there. Slightly musty after old books in the background.
    • Taste
Sweet dates again first, dipped in spicy forest honey, then comes quickly the oak and brings a spicy tingling and tender milk chocolate.
    • Finish
Maximum mid-length, the dates are still there, just like the chocolate. The tingling still holds something.
