Nose

Immediately the port barrel in the nose and some fruit

Taste

An extreme umami seasoning is noticeable! Like a bouillon / beef soup.
Light peat smoke and a subliminal sweetness! No bitterness and clear berry aromas.

Finish

Long finish! Finally, a bit of bitterness, which underlines the whole positively.
