Tasting note on my website
Sweet vanilla and sherry notes with malt and nuts. A hint of tobacco, more dark notes. The sherry influence is clearly recognizable, but also dull aromas (red wine barrels). After a few minutes you can smell dark fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), then light earth and leather. You have to give it time, it's worth it!
Sharpness on the tongue (chili) and dark chocolate with high cocoa content. Dark berries, ground hazelnuts, with malt and sherry. In between slightly floral notes, then again blackcurrant with dark chocolate.
Long, warm tingling bizziness in the finish, like effervescent powder with cassis flavor. Slight dryness (oak wood).
