Whisky Reviews for Bruichladdich 1992

2 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 86.71 points

  1. peathead scored this whisky 85 points Expert Senior

    • Nose
delicious, peat, minerals, some wet heather grass, fruit.
    • Taste
the first thing that struck me was the malt taste you can find in a Lowland whisky. Some peat and some fruit, but then in the background. With a few drops of water and some 'breathing' he comes loose completely. Delicious taste! More peat than in the nose, some oil-like too. Pleasant complex.
    • Finish
some pepper in the back of the mouth, peat also and a hint of smoke. A little bit of citrus after a while, but really not much.
