Vanilla, honey, very light peat, brine, liquorice, slight toffee. Not bad, but very light.
Easy on the palate, a bit of peat smoke, but not too heavy. Sweetness is intense, though, simple cane sugar sweetness, so I'm really happy the smoke is there to make it bearable. Second chew adds a little bit of cooked carrot and fruit juices, but it's really still too sweet. Light peppery spices, nothing bitter. Third chew brings more peppery warmth, and a bit of oak and barley. Some mint leaves join the party, so the end result is basically a smoked mojito with too much sugar in it.
Stays warm, peppery, still has vanilla, a lot of cane sugar, mint leaves, and of course smoke. Quite enjoyable as sweetness is the first note to fade out.
