Comment: I want to be honest, with Scotch whiskey I imagine something milder, but in terms of flavor you can not have anything against this grain. He is not overly complex, the existing aromas are almost artificially intense and he drinks like water. Hard to believe what can be done without additives from grain and wood.
"Column Still" note, between sweet rum and coconut water, amaretto, vanilla pod, rum raisins, marzipan, white chocolate. Overripe pear, cinnamon and cloves. Stracciatella ice cream.
Of the 51%, nothing is noticeable, sweet, liqueur-like, coconut, stracciatella, again rumrosines. Aquavit, fennel, chamomile tea, toffee, cotton candy. It is not oily, but the aromas literally waft back into the nose.
Lang, Marzipan, Amaretto, After Eight, Kokos.
