  2. Dede scored this whisky 77 points Expert Senior

An average whisky, not really bad but very far from excellent. If the nose eventually becomes pleasant to breathe, the mouth is set back and the final does not leave a good memory on the palate.
    • Nose
Powerful, even a little alcoholic. This whisky is austere. It has a sulfur character (scratched matches) tempered by fresh notes of acidulous effervescence (orange fantasy?) And red fruits before becoming vinous. The profile is atypical. Aeration improves it by reducing the tingling due to alcohol vapors. The whole becomes more expressive, rounder, in a word more pleasant.
    • Taste
Slightly pungent, we find the dominant aromas found on the nose but the whole is still not very expressive and develops a tannic bitterness at the end of the mouth.
    • Finish
Frankly drying, on the skin of grapes, and of medium length.
