First of all, sour grapes are coming towards me. Smells a good deal after dry white wine. The alcohol pushes something. Cake spices come after. And bring slightly sour orange and lemon. Now gets sweeter and fresher. Reminds me totally of Wick Lemon Custard Sweet. With some time in the glass, the sweet vanilla and the caramel will go through beautifully and set an ideal counterpoint to the initial, somewhat acidic note. This Wick candy will not let go of my nose. Legga .... The spicy barrel notes are more behind.

Only soft start, then it's creamy with orange. Now the spicy notes are beating. Nice biting in the mouth. With the second sip, the sour white wine notes get better. Vanilla and caramel are present but not really sweet. Slightly musty, bitter taste forms. Elderberry, old walnut and slightly earthy. A good pinch of pepper adds a good dose of sharpness.

Short to medium. First nutty bitter and then a little creamy vanilla. But then picked up by a dry pepper sharpness.
