Whisky Reviews for Arran 2006 - Caramba
3 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 84.73 points
- A very entertaining and relatively inexpensive single cask from Arran. But the Glendronach effect also plays a part with Arran and the more they release the less it seems to be. It is not yet 13 in a dozen, but a bit of variation, that is also nice.
- Delicious and full whisky, lot's of sherrycask influence.
Fruity, red fruits, leather. Alcohol pretty prominant. Coffe, some chocolate.
Full taste and body, a little pungent, warming, honey, coffee, chocolate, red fruits.
Now there's more pepper, still warming. Coffee and chocolate, red fruits, long finish. Some oranges as well.
