Fresh, fruity, sour unripe apples, yellow plums.
Some vanilla and citrus.
Light note of juicy sweet rasberry.
Given some time in the glass it's a very pleasing concoction of sweet and sour.
Vegetal grassy undertone, there's thistle in there.
Spice and the alc strenght is noticable but not offensive. -
Light with a creamy texture.
Good development of spice.
Traces of vanilla, dark caramel and brownie, but this is what I would define as spirit driven.
Sweet oaky wood. A small nip is sweet and warm, but a large sip made me feel kind of puckered every time. In a nice way though. -
Taste is about medium lenght. Neat it's a little bit drying and the pure spice warmth is very long.
