Powerful stuff... OK, it was a large pour, but it made my mind go almost instantly absinth absent.
    • Nose
Fresh, fruity, sour unripe apples, yellow plums.

      Some vanilla and citrus.

Light note of juicy sweet rasberry.

Given some time in the glass it's a very pleasing concoction of sweet and sour.

Vegetal grassy undertone, there's thistle in there.

Spice and the alc strenght is noticable but not offensive.
    • Taste
      Light with a creamy texture.

      Good development of spice.

Traces of vanilla, dark caramel and brownie, but this is what I would define as spirit driven.

Sweet oaky wood. A small nip is sweet and warm, but a large sip made me feel kind of puckered every time. In a nice way though.
    • Finish
Taste is about medium lenght. Neat it's a little bit drying and the pure spice warmth is very long.

Pretty alcoholic on both nose and palate.

The Scottish single malt version of Nika Xiaofang, don't care what the winery is called, don't worry about the flavor in it, you know that this thing can replenish your body with alcohol.
    • Nose
Essence lemon honey water. The rare 20+yo is so exciting (matches and onions?), fresh plants, ice cream, fruit jelly, vanilla, malt, sweet embryo, some cheese, caramel. Ordinary bourbon barrel.
    • Taste
Slightly tight, slightly sour, short-flavored, mindless bourbon barrel. The Rosaceae fruits at the beginning of the game flashed by, citrus lemon juice, grass leaves, slightly astringent taste, full of greenery, sugar content, and later turned into the bitterness of oak and nuts, peanut shells, and cheese.
Normal, normal fat, normal sweetness, obvious sourness, astringency, bitterness, no pungency, and a touch of alcohol.
    • Finish
Medium, wooden board, ginkgo, light chocolate, malt.

The aroma can be described as unremarkable, but the taste is terrible.
    • Nose
      87 87
The alcohol feel is obvious, and the condensed sour aroma of grapefruit juice mixed with lemon juice is obvious. In addition, there are basic aromas of bourbon barrels such as vanilla, cream, grass, malt, and soil. In addition, there is a slight fishy smell, which is thinner and sharper overall. 87
    • Taste
      84 84
The sharp green apple and passion fruit hard candy, green grass, soil, green yellow lemon, and a little alcohol feel, the heavy citrus bitterness gradually strengthens in the mouth, and it is derived from the end rhyme, among which the pepper and black pepper The flavor is extremely heavy. The wine has a medium body thickness, a weak oiliness, and a simple flavor profile. It is a drinkable wine as a whole. 84
    • Finish
      82 82
The irritation of dark chocolate and alcohol is heavy with bitterness and burning sensation, and the bitterness is outstanding. 82

More like a roller coaster ride. A good one, though. I like the crazy and unusual flavors. Somehow I want more bourbon cask GlenAllachie now. Full review (german): https://keinehalbendrinks.de/2021/03/09/unabhaengige-speysider/

Unripe bananas and onions sweated in honey. Sounds weird, I know. Vanilla blossoms and a covered fruit cake.
    • Taste
      89 89
Spicy, almost a boullion. Then fruits come. Grassy and slightly phenolic notes can also be found. Herbal and salty. Vanilla is back too.
    • Finish
      89 89
Herbal honey and some bitter substances. That goes in the direction of espresso and dark chocolate. Then there are fruits: apricots and yellow "Nimm Zwei" candy.

    • Nose
Dry grain, hay, slightly dusty, some lemon, freshly cut branches with leaves on them, apricot, unripe peach, earth, a little honey, some banana

Also ripe peach and mango after the first sip

Very reserved and clear on the vegetable side
    • Taste
Apple, gooseberry, apricot, mango, a little honey, a little grapefruit, wood, pepper
