- When the bottle was first opened there was an overpowering gummy/rubbery/pectin taste in the finish. After six-seven months that has mostly faded but still: what should have been an eye-popping dram, heavy in citrus, cherries, and raisins ended up being a bit of a let down.
- This hits the notes I want from sherry matured whiskies. The cherries is just an over the top note. Maybe there is some rubber notes underlying but it isn't much if it is there.
