After a minute or so some cream come through with a little sherbet fizz.
Lively, to say the least, little balance but entertaining all the same.
I find it quite drying but some nice honeycomb note comes through and then it gets noticeably sweeter on fizzy apple and honey with a bit of lemon and grapefruit thrown in, I really like it,
The finish taste wise is not too long but a pleasant warmth remains for some time afterwards.
This is the fruitiest Mortlach I have had and a nice change to all these meaty sherry monsters hey usually do.
