A full, thick nose that initially presents raisins, dates, leather and wood. Spicy and dark fruit, clearly sherry-embossed. Lined with a slightly musty note, moist clay soil and mushrooms.
-
Strong start with sweet overripe grapes. Prunes. Pepper, cloves, cinnamon, coriander. Licorice notes. Also on the tongue, the sherry shows very clearly. Some wood as a base. Over time, tart herbs will go through and it will become mentholig. Nougat chocolate and marzipan, some malt.
-
Medium to long, dry. Still the beautiful combination of spices / herbs and the sweet grapes. With dark chocolate, caramel and coffee beans.
