This is a typical young malt without flaws but without highlights too. It is easy drinkable but does not own any remarkable profile that I will remember. Nonetheless, I enjoyed this sample...
The colour is white wine and the nose offers a fresh and young profile with yellow fruits, grassy and leafy aromas, barley sugars and some spices. No off-note that I can find but this profile is a little too immature for me.
The taste is even more immature with a strong mashy-sugary spike that often can be found in such young malts. Nevertheless it is easy to drink but I doubt I will remember this taste tomorrow morning (except that it was okayish).
The dram arrives warming and a little coating in the mouth with no distracting moments. The finish is rather short and adds a shy nutty flavour. No distracting moment here either. Water is not recommended because it turns the whisky rather bitter...
