    • Nose
      88 88
Undiluted: strong alcohol, slightly stinging in the nose. But then honey, hot apricot jam, autumn leaves, pastries, ripe apples and herbs. Intense and full exBourbon nose. With water: fresher and finer than undiluted. Now with unripe banana and some peaches.
    • Taste
      87 87
Strong, spicy, dry, tart fruits, ginger, walnuts, nutmeg and a good deal of honey. Less fruity than expected, but the honey and the spicy finish complement each other great. With a little water the painting becomes more pleasing. The ginger almost falls off and the honey becomes more intense. In addition, the fruit comes through more.
    • Finish
      86 86
Medium. Prickles on the tongue until this time. Ginger stays when the malt is consumed undiluted. In addition, there are significant oak influence and continue the game of honey and spice

    • Nose
      86 86
light spiciness, green apple, apricot, plum, pepper, honey, wood, caramel
    • Taste
      85 85
sharp start with a slight tingling on the tongue. Tropical fruit cocktail (pineapple, mango), pepper, caramel, honey.
The alcohol could be better integrated.
Profits greatly from the addition of water ... the sharpness remains or comes a little more to the foreground. Diluted come apples, some bananas, slightly fermented apricots and a little bitterness.
    • Finish
      86 86
medium length, hot, spicy, slightly bitter and somewhat fruity

    Bottler's tasting notes:
    Colour: Dark gold.
Aroma: Charming and fruity; pressed apple and fresh squeezed lime infuse with banana, dried apricot, and subtle pineapple; hints of vanilla, elderflower, and cocoa powder remain.
Taste: Creamy, sweet ripe melon, nectarine, and banana abound. Red apple emerges and transforms into milk chocolate subtly highlighted by hints of oak.
Finish: Long and intricate with bursts of pepper and mature oak.
