N- Trying the 3rd 09's batches, which much consistent to the previous 2 casks with delicious dried fig and dark sweet floral fragrances. This seems has a much hefty raw sherry oak extracts that bring out more of the resin and new leather notes. Some citrus zest and lime peel seeping thru to balance the scales.

P- Explosive, highly concentrated liquid that blooming with choking spicy and bitter-sweet powdery root herbs. Penetrating and aggressive sherry monster with powerful strength that wow you with tears. After the initial waves, take in the peppered sunflower seed and unsweetened dried fig.

F- Long, echoing from the loud sherry wood with hints of plastic and melamine that feels rather industrial and stiff on the retro-hale. Waxy coat of sunflower seeds and potpourri compote, quite dusty.
