Notes from a blind tasting.
At first very restrained, after a few minutes then sherry influences, buttery, sweet and full. after a little more time he gets really heavy, but not really oversherried. Caramels. It is much lighter, fruity, yellow compote and even herbs I find now. Do him well. The alcohol bizzles now, however, something in the nose. There's a bit of soap coming late, okay, too hot. Bach now some acid available for cooling.
Fairly strong in the beginning, looks a bit young, otherwise it is caramel sweet, beautiful oily, tingles slightly on the tongue, back even quite strong, dries off significantly, even slightly bitter. Shows hints of a damp cellar.
The finish warms for a long time, stuns the tongue sustainably and remains medium-bitter slightly bitter on the tongue. The sweetie is gone quickly.
