Old and dignified.
Apple cider and shoe polish, a little bit of old bottle flavor, no perceptible alcohol, light musty, sour. No young vegetables.
First impression: First fruit fermented for 3 seconds, then pure pepper, strongly warming, some wood, tastes stronger than it smells, followed by a dry sweetness, still unobtrusive wood, some fudge towards the end.
Long and warming, mainly wood, light shoe polish notes.
