Delicious whisky, it's not a sherry bomb, it doesn't kill with sweetness, it doesn't bore, it surprises.
Ok, it's different here, of course also sweet and fruity, but also more icing, and basically fresh fragrant donuts decorated with orange peel, fudge, tofii and kajmak poured with it, you can feel the intense smell of apples - maybe the name Manzanilla refers to apples, that is from Spanish manzan. And last but not least, apple cider vinegar.
Very dry, sour fruit, sour apple and its bitter skin, dark chocolate, very cocoa, cloves and cinnamon bark, this strongly burnt caramel, dark with a characteristic bitterness, pits. The climate that I like, i.e. unsweetened, original.
Incredibly long and lasting, coincides with the taste, draws with chocolate and cocoa, bison grass, tobacco throws, pleasantly warms, memorable.
