Whisky Reviews for An Cnoc 12-year-old

- Apricots, vanilla, peaches, pastries, powdered sugar... Not exotic, but a pretty tasty and competitively-priced single malt without any obvious flaws. For me, the flavor profile sits somewhere at the intersection of Glenmorangie and Knoppogue Castle/Bushmills, with Old Pulteney 12 honking as it drives by. Worth the price asked. Good.
- Colour: Amber with a slight yellow hue.
Nose: Soft, very aromatic with a hint of honey and lemon in the foreground.
Taste: Sweet to start with an appetizing fruitiness and a long smooth finish.
Very aromatic, smooth, fruity. Pineapple
Smooth, creamy vanilla notes. Very soft note of fruit. Very drinkable and enjoyable
Creamy, oaty. Sweet herbs

Soft but intense aromas of honey and lemon and subtle notes of oak, dried fruit and sugar
A sweet taste with a pleasant fruity flavor and a lively bite of lemon, lively but not overbearing. Caused by ingredients like honey, green pear and star fruit.
Long, smooth finish
