Fantastic whiskey, an absolute delight and delight from start to finish.
    • Nose
A very intense, almost beguiling scent escapes from the glass. Very clear sherry aromas that manifest themselves in the form of blackberries, blueberries, cherries, raisins, leather and tobacco. No outliers to be identified, that was a 1a sherry cask. Pot still condiments are present but not overpowering. Tarragon, marjoram, chervil, allspice, cinnamon and coriander, with nougat, marzipan bread and warm caramel mass. A nose to clean.
    • Taste
Oh, wow, it's so creamy and viscous, almost chewy. Cuts an equally elegant figure on the tongue as when smelling, but with the not so inconsiderable difference that the fruits here, in contrast to the berry nose, play absolutely in the direction of Tropi-Frutti. There's mango and passion fruit, guava, papaya, dragonfruit. The pot still spices are also concise here, but perfectly matched to the fruit notes. Somewhat bitter wood, not too much, not too little. Cocoa, nougat, marzipan.
    • Finish
The tropical fruits seem to want to stay forever - I'd love to, I have time. Very mild spiciness, dry wood, milk coffee, chocolate pudding.

    Fantastic Redbreast again

Appearance: beautiful mahogany color can be seen effect sherry, medium-fast drops

Aroma: Again, a large load of fresh fruit, so somehow it becomes typical for older redbreasts.
Overripe nectarine, white peach, freshly grown spruce branches, forest honey, hazelnut cream, light woodiness, ripe papaya

Taste: Complex taste, as always a significant expression of fresh fruit (nectarine, white peach), but this time a manifestation of light eucalyptus, green tea, papaya and pickled raisins,

Conclusion: incredibly beautiful and long conclusion. Thanks to the woodiness, it is easy to pick up in the mouth. Hard to switch to another sample because leaving this fresh garden is really hard

Too bad the price, but it's really extremely drinkable whiskey
