  1. Andytka3 scored this whisky 91 points Connoisseur

N- Probably the best distillery that still offering high quality single sherry casks at good price. Malt still presence after this long aging without swamp by the oak. Then wholehearted marzipan, custard sugar, Indian ghee ball and creme brulee with spicy phenol. Lush of dried fruits as expected, interacted with black tea nuance quite perfectly, also the minted hazelnut chocolate and perhaps some almonds too. However, quite underwhelming with layer of rusty notes emerged that limits further build up to greatness. (95/23)

P- Melt in your mouth, sinfully velvet and custard-y with finesse. Resin and wood extract for depth with refine sweetness. Plenty of strength at back bone to last the distant on palate. (93/23)

F- Long, coffee emerged, demarara, warming, waxy, chewy and dry. (91/22)

B/B- 92/23. All good, but seems declining rather rapidly in the glass to sugary sweet.

    Cr-2, Fr-3, Fl-1, Pt-0, Ft-0, Sp-0, Wd-4, Wn-3, Sc-2

More tropical fruits for mine, hints of soap, elegant, restrained, balanced, clean, old, smoky, nutty with long finish.
