    Very own whisky, because you have to have a very special taste, to want to drink several times a month. For testing already really exciting in which direction something can go, but so very mine it was not, even if he was pretty full of body and had some exciting single notes.

      Tequila notes (reposado), cooked agave, honey, sweet hay, powdered sugar, slightly dusty, parchment paper, unripe banana, white tea
    • Taste
      Again, this tequila note, agave, light honey, cardboard, white pepper, fresh ginger, nutmeg, aniseed, almonds also in between
    • Finish
      Ginger, pepper, parchment, grassy-mineral, medium-long

    Nose: This nose is destabilizing, it does not look like any other whisky that I would have a day crossed, no branch to hang on. I would say that his nose is lively, slightly acidulous, although at other times it will be rather mineral with a scent of must of beer. It has with the opening of citrus, vanilla cream, a hint of spices and wood.

    Palate: It is particularly fat, even if it increases in intensity, with again these acid citrus, it will always come back to something more flexible. There is then I would say a kind of more industrial material, a kind of dough or cream. This will go towards drought, with pepper that will warm the taste buds, wood and even a particularly vegetal bitterness. With the opening we will find vanilla, but also a feeling of cardboard paper. She will become very floral. Powerful but very balanced.

    Final: Dry and astringent, it will stay on the tea leaf. We will get wood, peppery spices, even if a slightly caramelized vanilla will float on the surface.
