    Pleasant, calm sherry molt, well balanced, whole, for a calm, unhurried tasting.
    • Nose
      Restrained, dry, old wood, wood dust, some furniture lacquer, solvent, leather goods, shoe polish, some needles and tar, cocoa, nuts,
    • Taste
      Dense, rich, spicy oak, dried fruits, prunes, light mineral-metallic notes, cola, a little black pepper, sweet pastry notes - burnt jam, shortbread, baklava;
    • Finish
      Light, oak-prune, savory with a light metallic acidity, cappuccino, nuts, orange peel.
