- Sweet, a lot of fruits, yellow apples, tropical fruits as well. a very gentle oaky influence, some vanilla, some honey and tropical again. the finish is really long lasting. What a wonderful dram this is. Tasted it during a Bunnahabhain Ultimate Tasting in Summer 2018. Really old and dignified dram!
Wow, outrages tropical notes here, but utterly elegant, grass, fresh cream, very similar to the Port Askaig 45 I tasted recently, extremely floral, also there are lemon and oranges.
Mellow and sweet, oily, Magnolia flowers. Fresh creams, top tier oak, floral wood spices, a touch of shoe polishes, a bit watery.
Medium to long, banana cream, top tier oak.
Mild nose, cellar and sawdust
Daisies, mimosa flowers, honey
Medium and gentle
Hints from tropical fruit, banana, berries, creamy toffee, vanilla, rich with nuts and delicate sweet oak.
Sweet malt, creamy caramel, vanilla , creamy berries with hits of toasted nuts, tropical fruit, banana and pineapple.
A very long aftertaste. Sweet and fruity.
