- The best bowmore I've ever been able to try
- I still have to wake up for two months to drink
Vanilla fields after burning, soap foam, plant ash, hearth ash, vanilla mocha, licorice, smoked, cloves, cute, very high purity hot cocoa, plum sauce, roasted wood, cigar ash, overcooked celery leaves , Basil, toffee, scorched and crispy.
Full, thick and slightly oily.
Palate: Smoke gun, aged ash under the chimney, espresso coffee, 70% black chocolate, residual tea, caramel, tannin, charcoal, vanilla, oak.
Long, gray chimney, cheese.
Very aromatic and thick sherry, seaweeds, soy sauce, rich peat, hints of tropical fruits (famous 60s). Very salty. More fresh oak after open up (15mins)
Very fruity, peaty, leathery and sweet. Thick and oily sherry, soy sauce, huge spices (cinnamon, star anise). Then it becomes sour and woody, huge mints and camphor, dark chocolates.
long, more red fruits (raisins), still very peaty and smoky, soy sauce. Oolong tea.
- Sophisticated with excellent nose. Extravagant.
Full, some resin, warm smoke, dark fruits, sherry, slightly sweet. With a little warmth milk chocolate is added. Every now and then also light citrus fruits express. Overall, very pleasant and balanced despite the intensity. Some water is good for him.
Here dominates the heavy, wet smoke. The fruit is difficult, complementary. Water is also positive here.
Milk chocolate and moldy wood, as well as camp fire smoke stay a long time back. Here again really wonderful even after minutes.
