Starts complex, clear and salty. Gradually citrus zests, capers and green olives in brine, anchovies, freshly mown grass, fresh tobacco leaves and an increasing smokiness follow.
With water: salty and more like softwood. In addition, fruity citrus notes, some pineapple, mint, acacia honey, green olives and the smoldering smoke of a foliage fire.
Wonderfully salty, energetic and very citrusy, mint, pepper, smoldering leaf fire and green olives in brine. Top!
With water: Very complex, salty, dirty and very like capers and green olives in brine, anchovies and softwood. Really wonderful.
Very long and dry. Oak, citrus zests, green olives, salt and distant smoke. Later also fruity reflexes of grilled quince.
