Purely a solid, not too old looking bourbon barrel matured malt with an Irish touch, which is mostly artificial for me.
With water then butterier, more oak and fuller.
Nevertheless, I would probably prefer pretty much every UCF Signatory of the same age to this bottling. Especially since an SV would also be cheaper.

[March, 2018]  It is said this is a Bushmills so I expect a fruity dram.  The colour is pale gold and the texture shows a sticky ring with late fat tears and almost no legs at all.  The nose is rather shy due to the high abv but after the olfactory cells adapted to this is offers the typical fruity profile and yes, this is most probably from the Bushmills distillery.  The whisky arrives a little hot and peppery on the palate but it is nicely coating after that.  The taste is fruity and creamy but not very complex.  The finish is medium to long and dries out at the end (tannins, plasticky).  Some water does not do a lot to the dram but after adding a fair share it opens up, finally.  I like it best when it is reduced to about 40% abv.  

All in all an easy quaffable dram when reduced with a fair share of water...
