Nice nose. Light smoke. Lovely old style some ripe fruits in there too. Marmalade. Red frogs.
Quick explosion of fruit. Then dries out. Can taste some faint smoke. Quite a lot of wax on the palate. Mouth feel is good. BBQ pineapple. Toffee and raisins. Nice aftertaste. Solid.

Some sweetness/vanilla in the nose, with an obvious sherry influence. A touch of dry wood as well, made me imagine a lumberjack at work in the woods. Not too rich or complex but the right amount of surprises in the nose to get you to want to taste it.

Taste. Cask strength whisky and you could tell right away: strong alcohol taste at first. Some influences of vanilla, citrus with a slight slight smoke but really the perfect amount for those not too keen of a smoked whisky.

Finishing. Long with a subtle smokey touch.
