Whisky Reviews for 100 Pipers De Luxe Scotch Whisky SgrS

- Reminds me somehow of so younger Grains from the Bourbon barrel. Can you drink? But it's nothing to deal with for a long time.
- The nose with the first musty notes awakens interest. On the tongue and on the finish, he remains a bit too good.
First Kellermoder and gammeliges fruit, next Hefebrötchen, vanilla and oranges. The initially quite intense Kellermuff passes with time, so that the vanilla and the oranges have enough space to spread. Honey, as well as milk chocolate.
On the tongue is no longer felt by the muff and moder of the nose. Begins fruity, spicy and dry. Oranges and almonds, raisin bread and chocolate. And quite "smooth", without corners and edges. Over time, the spice increases and chilly peppermint comes.
Not very long, slightly dry and spicy. Remains of oranges can be found, some milk chocolate and coffee powder.
- Nose: Musty graham, phenolic funk, caramel, copper, stale sherry.
Palate: Musty and perfumy with a touch of copper sweetness.
Finish: Short -> Coppery OBE.
