Fresh in the glass, herbaceously austere, with more time it gets more pleasing, oily oak, some old lemon, delicate pineapple notes - which warms ever more intense, spicy honey, fresh light oak with lots of mint and ethereal notes like rosemary, citrus and eucalyptus
-
At first sourish sweet with intense almost overwhelming lemon note, apples, pears, fresh and canned pineapple, that sounds pretty fast - he gets calmer - with some chewing geranium leaves, covered green tea, jasmine flowers, astringent light oak, birch sap, vegetable spicy tannins, the mouthfeel is slightly syrupy viscous, nice texture
-
roasted grains, light flour, cultivated oak spiciness - multi-faceted, fine, spicy, slightly waxy, here you can feel the age, quite long and warm
