DulischM scored this whisky 77 points

All in all a delicious entry-level malt with great sherry accents, the bourbon barrel unfortunately goes under.
-
At the beginning the whisky is a bit dry and sweet at the same time. Then you can recognize the first nuts, paired with slightly spicy oak, raisins and red grapes. If you look for the influences of the bourbon barrel, you come across vanilla and a bit of sour apple with citrus. The whisky becomes creamier with honey, at the very back I can still see fresh strawberries.
-
In the mouth it is again sweet and creamy like vanilla with nuts, possibly some marzipan, which would imply almonds.
-
The finish is short and sweet with oak and nuttiness.
