Pure: initially closed, dense vanilla and compact smoke. Later, pear and orange, all enjoyed on the beach next to a grill with seafood and steak to it. The anticipation of the taste increases. With water: even more fruity and maritime. Peppermint makes it summery fresh. Then later tar and cold ashes, like a cooling campfire.

Pure: despite cask strength creamy, honey-sweet and nicely spicy smoky onset. Salt, still warm porridge, cereal with honey. The smoke is uncannily present, is somewhere between the east and south coast to settle, in fact, slightly medical. Then come some ripe yellow fruits.

surprisingly long, nicely smoky, salty and clean. Benchmark Islay!
